Directions: From M-53 to 32 Mile Rd., turn east, go approx. 2 miles to Romeo Plank Rd., turn south, go approx. 5 miles to 27 Mile Rd., turn west and go 1/3 mile. Watch for auction signs.
Auctioneer Notes
Due to a death in the family, the Lacey family will be liquidating their home building and land maintenance companies’ equipment and supplies. They will also be auctioning a variety of estate personal property.
Auctioneer’s Note: Good off-road parking. Internet bidding will be available on Proxibid.com. Real Estate will be offered for auction at 12 pm.
Real Estate to be offered at auction: 5% buyer’s fee will apply on the sale of the real estate. Potential bidders on real estate are required to do their due diligence prior to bidding. Property is being sold “as-is.” The high bidder of the real estate will be required to submit their high bid to the seller. The seller holds the right to accept or deny the high bid. Seller will respond to offer within 72 hours of submitting offer. If high bid is accepted by the seller a non-refundable $25,000 deposit will be required. Have your finances in order, the closing will take place 30 days following auction day.
