Referring to the Seven Ponds Nature Center Auction held on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010

Dear Seven Ponds Holiday Auction Participant,

Our 2010 Christmas Party and Holiday Auction was a wonderful success. The nature center's members and friends got together for some great food, a bit to drink, and a very entertaining evening. At least 190 people showed up for the event, the largest turnout ever for the auction. We had a lot of fun, and by the time we wrapped up for the evening we had raised over $16,000.00 to help the nature center's programs. This gives the nature center a nice boost during these difficult times.

Special thanks to Brian Rowley of Attica for donating his services as auctioneer. He always makes the evening fun. Thank you for supporting this important work through the annual auction, and throughout the year. Mark your calendar for next year's Christmas Party and Holiday Auction, scheduled for December 3, 2011.

All the best for the holidays and the new year.

Sincerely,
The Board & Staff of Seven Ponds Nature Center

Referring to the Seven Ponds Nature Center Auction held on Saturday, December 5, 2009

Dear Brian,

Everyone seemed to have a great time at the Seven Ponds Nature Center Holiday Auction on December 5th. It was the first auction for the new building and even though we had at least 185 people, there was enough room for the voice auction and the other activities we had going on. We also did very well financially.  Between the voice auction, silent auction, raffles, and donations, we raised over $16,000.  We do not have the exact figures in yet as some monies are still coming in, but that is just about what we raised last year.  We are very pleased with that figure, especially considering the economy that we are in.

We really appreciate all of your help in making the Holiday Auction such a successful event. You do such a nice job of making the auction entertaining and bringing out the best in the building.  We have a very nice group of people associated with the nature center and they enjoy getting together for this event.  Everyone enjoys the work you do during the evening and you are a big part of the evens success.

Next year's Holiday Auction will be held on Saturday, December 4th. We hope you will mark this on your calendar and plan on joining us once again.  All the best to you and Niki and your family for the upcoming holiday season and 2010!

Sincerely,

Mike Champagne, Director

Dear Brian,

We would like to thank you and your family for doing a great job.  Your whole crew puts a lot of hard work into making your auctions successful.  Although we didn't have a lot of things, we appreciated that you took care of them for us.

Thanks again,
